Santa Ana City Council wants to end the COVID-19 rent freeze

Tenants United Santa Ana along with residents and tenants of Santa Ana, California demand that the City Council maintain the rent freeze and extend it for six months beyond COVID-19 emergency orders being lifted. Residents who are already unable to pay their current rent and mortgages should not have to worry about their housing costs increasing. Increasing the cost of housing during the pandemic and emergency orders will only exacerbate already precarious housing situations.
